Applying for the Incentive: 7 Easy Steps
Step 1: Complete the Audit – Interested smelters must first pass an initial CFS assessment, as confirmed by the CFS Audit Review Committee.
Step 2: Request an Application – Smelters can request an application for the incentive by submitting to firstname.lastname@example.org a copy of the letter from the CFS Audit Review Committee confirming the successful completion of a CFS audit.
Step 3: RESOLVE Sends Application – After reviewing this letter and confirming eligibility, RESOLVE will email the smelter an application document.
Step 4: Smelter Completes Application – The smelter must complete and return the application to email@example.com within 45 days of receipt from RESOLVE.
Step 5: RESOLVE Reviews Application – RESOLVE will review the completed application and determine eligibility for an incentive up to a maximum value of $5,000 (US). In most cases, the application review process takes less than 30 days.
Step 6: RESOLVE Notifies Applicant – RESOLVE will then notify the applicant whether their application was approved.
Step 7: Funds Distributed – Upon approving an application, RESOLVE will begin the process of distributing funds. In most cases, funds will be distributed within approximately 30 days of application submission.
